Is there anything I need to pay attention to when buying Hanfu for the first time?
You can choose Traditional Hanfu or Daily Hanfu based on your personal preferences. You can also describe your desired material, style, or color to our customer service. Additionally, please send your personal measurements (height, weight, bust, and waist). Our customer service will provide recommendations based on your preferences as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Cash on delivery is available in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally！We ship to over 100 countries and regions around the world, such as United States, Canada, Austrilia, Unite Kindom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Russia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and etc. Depending on your country and city, the standard shipping generally takes 5-15 days for delivery. If you are not sure about whether your address is covered by our global supply chain system, feel free to click the button on the right-corner of the page and talk with our real-person customer service representatives. Do I need to pay tariff?
You won't be responsible for tariff, the price you paid have already covered all international shipping expense, including tariff. If customs contact you for tariff, please assist the officer with their job and keep the receipt, we will get you a refund.
Besides that, if your local goverment requires federal tax / sale tax / VAT tax / GST tax, or other kind of local tax, you will still need to pay for it.
How do I track my order?
After the package is sent out, we will notify you by email. You can click on the link in the email to access the courier's official website and track the delivery progress of the package.
You can also actively track the progress of the package's delivery through the order details page and the express tracking page.
If my package lost, what should I do?
Don't worry, we got your back. When the package shows "Delivered" but you don't find it, please contact us within 30 days. Please get a package loss proof from your local Express office, and it's your choice to get another package or full reimbursement.

Washing Instruction
How to wash my hanfu?
Please hand wash using neutral and mild detergent. Do not use bleach.
Avoid prolonged soaking. Wash dark-colored clothes separately from light-colored ones.
Dry promptly after washing. Hang to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight.
When ironing, use steam to remove wrinkles and select the lowest temperature to prevent fabric damage.
How to wash accessories & bags?
If you would like to clean hair accessories, please use an alcohol or antibacterial wet wipe to gently wipe it down.
For leather bags, follow the same steps as washing hair accessories.
For cloth bags, please spot clean with soap, water, and a small towel.
Do not use bleach.
